Care Worker

Post Title: Care Worker
Responsible to: BWC Managers / Registered Manager

Responsibilities: As a Care Worker with Be Well Care, you will have the rewarding opportunity to assist individuals with varying needs. Your role will include:

- Promoting health and wellbeing by supporting clients with physical activities, nutritious eating, and personal hygiene care.
- Engaging clients in leisure and social activities to foster community involvement and personal enjoyment.
- Assisting with daily living skills like financial management, running errands, and maintaining household tasks.
- Safeguarding clients by ensuring their rights and dignity are always respected.
- Handling administration duties, including the management of medication records and client reports, compliant with care standards.

Qualifications and Experience: 

While previous experience in care is advantageous, it's not a necessity to join our team. What we value is a genuine desire to support people in their homes to live fulfilling lives. Comprehensive training is provided to all staff members to ensure excellence in care delivery.
A full driving license is required as the role involves traveling between client's homes.
