Venu Vuppalapati the Managing director says Be Well Care has always been and will continue to operate as a Care provider who you can count on. The management are compassionate to add value to people's lives, equally alike to both carers and clients.
Our adage is always “Elderly people deserve the highest respect,” the true measure of any society can be found in how it treats its most vulnerable members. We always check on us if we let one of the Be Well Carers care for our loved ones. It's ensured all our Carers are fully trained in the tasks they perform, DBS checked and fully insured.
With my Co-director, Yamini Vuppalapati, we are both passionate about creating good jobs in care, to make it desirable career that will attract top professionals and increase the quality of the service offered to our older population.
About Be Well Care Teams
Be Well care are well supported small, values-led and neighbourhood-based teams inspired by past experiences of my Co director and Registered Manager.
Like traditional home care services, they provide help with:
- personal care
- emergency care/respite care
- companionship
- dementia care
- end of life care
- support with daily living activities
- housekeeping/shopping
- hospital/doctor appointments
We also support people to do more of what matters to them and to stay connected in their communities. Be Well Care can deliver better outcomes for the people supported and their families, as well as for staff.

Venu is a highly qualified Managing Director, with a Masters degree and specialised in management skills. Excellent training attributes and operational planning skills.
With excellent communication skills, able to converse effectively with all levels of staff and management and clients.
Strongly believe that the ultimate value of life depends upon awareness and the power of contemplation rather than upon mere survival.
Yamini
Yamini is a Director/Care Manager who has a MSc in Chemistry and has 15 years of vast experience in providing services in the health (NHS) & Marketing sector. As a clinical practice group information officer, she dealt with sensitive patient data in various pathways in the NHS Trust to reduce the unwarranted variations for providing better quality care and patient satisfaction.
She has attained professional training and management experience in handling large teams and a highly motivated team player who thrives on challenges. Added with excellent communication skills, able to converse effectively with all levels of staff and management she is ideal for social care at all levels.
Above all Yamini shares the same idea of Be Well Care ethos of adding value to people's lives.
